User Agreement

This agreement is a legal contract between you and Cloud Memorials regarding use of the platform. By registering, logging in, accessing, or using the service, you agree to this agreement and the Privacy Policy.

1. Service Content
Cloud Memorials provides online memorial creation, remembrance pages, messages, family history tools, and optional paid digital services. Features, prices, and service rules may be adjusted as the product evolves.

2. Account and Security
You must register with a valid email address and keep your account credentials secure. You may not rent, transfer, sell, or misuse accounts, nor bypass security controls.

3. User Conduct
Content you upload or publish must be lawful, respectful, accurate, and authorized. You may not post abusive, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, violent, spam, or otherwise harmful content.

4. Orders and Payment
Paid services are processed through supported international payment providers such as PayPal and Stripe. Consumed digital services are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated by the platform.

5. Intellectual Property and Authorization
Platform software, design, data structures, trademarks, and related materials belong to Cloud Memorials or their respective rights holders. You grant the platform the limited rights needed to host, display, back up, and review your content for service and safety purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability
We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service stable and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
